In 2015, Ruth began mixing up lotions to fit the needs of her family. Over-the-counter lotions never seemed to meet her expectations or satisfy her most critical need of improving dry skin conditions. More moisture was always needed. Her husband often complained that most lotions did not work well with his skin-type, which was often extremely dry, sensitive and itchy during certain seasons, especially in the winter. Then the challenge began. Ruth was driven to create her own in-house lotion for her family. In 2020, during the COVID-19 quarantine, Ruth heard a voice telling her to seriously consider the long-term dream of owning a small business built around whatever brings her joy and contentment. This is when Naturally Taylor'd (formerly known as TaylorMade Skin) was created. The original recipe and fragrance (Fresh n Clean) was already shared and tested with loved ones, who began requesting additional samples --- all while mentioning they would purchase if and when Ruth ever decided to put the product on the market. This product is the outcome of the Taylors ending their struggle with ongoing skin concerns. The end-result is a small family-owned business called Na Naturally Taylor’d® .
